DualCam is a mobile application that allows users to capture and manage photos and videos using advanced dual camera features. This Privacy Policy describes how Mobixoft LLC ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the DualCam mobile application ("App") available on the Apple App Store. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy is designed to be simple and transparent: we do not collect personal data.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

DualCam does not collect, transmit, or store:

• Photos, videos, or media files you create
• Location data
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs
• Usage analytics or behavioral data

3. Camera and Microphone Access

DualCam requires access to your device's cameras and microphone solely to provide its core recording functionality. All recordings are saved directly to your device's photo library or local storage. No media content is ever uploaded to our servers.

4. Photo Library Access

The App requests permission to save videos and photos to your device's photo library. We do not access, read, or transmit any existing content in your photo library.

5. YouTube Integration

DualCam offers an optional YouTube upload feature powered by Google's APIs. Users can sign in with Google to securely sync their media across devices. If you choose to use this feature:

• You will be asked to sign in with your Google account. This authentication is handled entirely by Google — we do not receive or store your Google credentials.
• The upload request is sent directly from your device to YouTube's servers. We do not route, store, or process the video content on our infrastructure.
• Google's own Privacy Policy governs any data processed through their services.

6. In-App Purchases

DualCam offers optional subscription plans via Apple's In-App Purchase system (DualCam Pro). All payment processing is handled exclusively by Apple. We do not collect or store any payment information. Apple's Privacy Policy applies to all transactions.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may use the following third-party services solely for app stability and subscription management:

• RevenueCat – manages in-app subscriptions. RevenueCat may collect anonymized purchase data as described in their Privacy Policy.
• Firebase – may be used for app configuration and crash reporting. Firebase's data practices are governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

We do not share any identifiable user data with these services beyond what is necessary for their core function.

8. Children's Privacy

DualCam is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete such information.

9. Data Retention

Since we do not collect personal data, there is no user data for us to retain or delete. All media files created within the App are stored locally on your device and subject to your own device management.
